GMRE is an active and successful member of
System of Systems Security (SOSSEC) Consortium. SOSSEC enjoys
participation comprised of the nation's top industrial companies, world class
research universities and nonprofit organizations working together to gather
synergy from their collective programs, research areas and technologies.
The SOSSEC Consortium also enjoys a special
working arrangement with the US Army through which the Consortium has signed a
long term Other Transaction Agreement that defines the relationship between the
Army and the Consortium in performing many collaborative programs. GMRE
has executed multiple DoD programs under this vehicle.

About Seaport-e
NAVSEA has
awarded multiple Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for
a wide range of engineering, technical, and programmatic services and solutions
for the Virtual SYSCOM (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NAVSUP, SPAWAR, Strategic Systems
Program (SSP), NAVFAC) as well as Commander, Naval Installations (CNI) and the
US Marine Corps. SeaPort-e furthers the Navy's Seapower 21 objective to
increase efficiency, and allows for tailoring services according to the needs
of geographically-dispersed organizations with significantly diverse product
area requirements and missions.

Office, however, each activity will release their own RFPs.

Agency-Specific ID/IQ Task Order Contracts:
309th Software Seaport-e Maintenance Group (SMXG) ID/IQ (Prime)
The purpose of this effort is to contract for task based services required in the development and sustainment of software engineering projects. The Contractor shall provide Task Order Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Configuration Management, Testing, Quality Assurance, Logistics, Technical Support, Subject Matter Experts and Administrative personnel to perform tasks related to documentation, design, development and test of embedded and support software and hardware of weapon systems platforms. This effort includes, but is not limited to, support for software and hardware development; systems integration; software and systems upgrades and process improvements; software reprogramming or adjustments to ensure compatibility with current or future hardware; troubleshooting; identifying, designing and testing solutions; adding incremental capability improvements; and revising/updating software documentation.
Design and Engineering Support Program II (DESP II) (NCI/Karta Teammate)
DESP II is a five-year, multiple-award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract vehicle available for use within the Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), the Air Force, DoD, and other government agencies. DESP II is a task ordering contract that was created to provide engineering and high-level technical services in support of all Air Force weapon systems, components, and support equipment. The scope of contract covers technology insertion, reliability and maintainability, deployability improvements, environmental and safety compliance, improvement of depot manufacturing and/or repair processes, and development of information management systems and process models.
The contract ceiling is set at $1.9 billion. Task orders may encompass a broad range of engineering-related tasks, such as concept exploration, tradeoff studies, systems analysis and specification development, systems design, prototype manufacturing, system integration, testing, modeling, and simulation, and engineering and technical documentation. Although the DESP II contract has been specifically established for use within AFMC, this dynamic contract vehicle may be used by all other Air Force commands, DoD agencies (e.g., Army, Navy, Marines), and other government entities (e.g., NASA, DOE, DOT, DOS, EPA, OSHA) having similar systems and/or needs, if sponsored by an ALC.
Network Centric Solutions (NETCENTS) (Abacus Technologies Teammate)
This contract provides Air Force, Department of Defense and other Federal agencies a primary source of networking equipment/product supply and a means of system engineering, installation, integration, operations, and maintenance for a family of Department of Defense (DoD) adopted commercially standardized networking solutions that are interoperable with Air Force, Joint, and DoD Standardized Networking Technical Architectures. The NETCENTS contract includes Network-Centric Information Technology, Networking, Telephony and Security (NCITNTS), Voice, Video and Data Communications Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) products, system solutions and systems hardware and software to satisfy the requirements for interoperability, compatibility, and resource sharing of both Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and Contractor Furnished Equipment (CFE), supporting the Global Information Grid (GIG) architecture.
Flexible Acquisition Sustainment Tool 2 (F2AST) (Lockheed Martin Teammate)
The F2AST Program requirements include development, modifications, and depot maintenance. F2AST may include one-time spares and repairs which qualify as critical, limited, and/or contingency and sole source services to a F2AST contractor or large business subcontractor. In addition, services that are not reasonably severable from the development, modification or depot maintenance efforts may be included.
PEO STRI Omnibus Contract II (STOC II) (VATC Teammate)
The U.S. Army Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI) Acquisition Center in Orlando, FL has an omnibus contract vehicle to assist PEO STRI and its customers in satisfying mission requirements. The omnibus contract, known as STOC II (PEO STRI Omnibus Contract II), is a set of multiple-award Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts to provide simulation, training and instrumentation products and services for the Warfighter, beginning with concept development and continuing throughout life cycle support. The objectives of this acquisition include but are not limited to: 1) facilitate the leveraging of programs and technology (to include Joint and/or Joint-related) in the best interests of the U.S. Army and Department of Defense; 2) prepare the Warfighter to meet the challenges of the future Joint operational environment; and 3) support continued growth in the interoperability of Live, Virtual, Constructive and Testing solutions to enhance training and testing capabilities of the Warfighter.
Air Force Consolidated Acquisition of Professional Services (CAPS) (PESystems Teammate)
The ASC CAPS contract is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract to support the acquisition of Air Force aircraft systems, to include airframe, engines, avionics, components, weapon systems integration, and support equipment. This support includes acquisition logistics, financial management, cost estimating, schedule analysis, earned value management, contracting support, engineering, manufacturing, configuration/data management, administrative support, security management, acquisition management, test and evaluation, Government-furnished property (GFP) management, and litigation support.
