Jay Mosley
brings a wealth of diversified operational experience to GMRE. He has over 25 years
of leadership within organizations responsible for defense operations,
acquisition, and policy. His diversified experience also includes the
Departments of State and Justice. Jay is a rated pilot with over
7,000 flying hours in numerous military and commercial.
He earned his MBA from the Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelors of
Science from the United States Air Force Academy.
