Thomas A. Keefer Jr, Vice-President of Engineering for GMRE, has over twenty-six years of experience in Department of Defense weapon system acquisition ranging from senior level management/engineering to hands-on technical program management for ACAT IA programs. He supervised a staff of up to 130 people responsible for executing and managing over $350 million a year and supporting over 4,000 operational F-16 aircraft. He holds a Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering. |
