Michael Gauss has more than 25 years of experience in senior management with emphasis in corporate development, strategic planning, corporate financing, Initial Public Offering (IPO) Process and general management. Mike is well-known as an analytical leader with strong communication and interpersonal skills. He is highly proficient in recognizing opportunity, extracting the essentials, and determining a direction toward long-term profitability.

Mike is accountable for managing all facets and objectives of operations for Gauss Management Research and Engineering (GMRE). Responsibilities include day-to-day management, business development, employee relations, Corporate compliance, securing financing, key personnel recruitment, and community relations.

Mike holds a Master Degree in Management, Bachelors Degree in Aeronautical Science and Engineering, also a Associates Technical Degree in Aircraft Maintenance and Aircraft/Helicopter Certifications/Operations.
